The Venus flytrap has stayed in my home for almost a week and I am glad that it's still alive I think I really take good care of it. Every morning I take it to the balcony and then at night I bring it inside and use a plant light to give it extra "sunlight" Today when I noticed it and I found there was a very little bug inside the leave and you could see it from the arrow. That's quite interesting.

Actually there are no more flying bugs in my side. So hopefully this plant will not be "hungry"

@allknowing I don't know, but be sure the bugs will die inside and they will be gone after a few weeks?

I had a Venus Flytrap about 45 years ago. I loved it when I caught a fly. I hate those things.

@youless .......If it was still alive. In the apartment I had then I had a big front room window. I had it filled with plants. That was back in the 70s.

Your venus fly trap looks like it's enjoying the love you're providing (along with the bug )

If you have enough sunshine, that will work well for this plant

If the bug starts eating your plant, you may need to dispose of it (the bug, not the plant). Edit: Duh! I just realised it (the plant) is supposed to be eating the bugs! I'm really thick sometimes.
