So hello everyone!! as you all know that I am a very chubby person in the past.. Well yea my face looks so puffy.
I have think of it, I can't run far, I get tired easily.
I need to take serious thing to get rid of this thing..
So I started my Lose Weight journey last year's September.. by going jogging.. for like 10min only.. and increase 5min everyday...
It started really good. I am very determined.. but things aren't changing. I loose hope, but a very unforgettable thing happened..
I told my crush how I feel about her and yea obviously rejected LOL
So from there. only jogging now going to a home workout. That journey is even in my youtube channel not gonna lie.. it is were I look dumb doing those things...
but yea I did, and now 7months of consistent workout and little bit of discipline in foods.. I have managed to loseweight in no time.. Imagine weighing 85kg before and now I only weight 65-67kg (67kg when I eat a lot) but when no food eaten its 65..
so I really thank her for that rejection that now from loosing weight to an aspiring MR. OLYMPIA
So what's yall things in life changed because you have to?

Oh, that's great. My hubby is obese. I like him to get slim and fit but he doesn't like to. Maybe rejection could help. Haha

Thanks! well for me rejection surely is a motivation LOL
But it is for the person on how he/she will take it. Cuz some after getting rejected they k!II themselves. some go to gym for their better self. and I did the positive way..

My husband had a stroke last year, so I went from just his wife, to his full-time caregiver. He's largely independant, but I still have things I have to do for him.
