Errand Day

Today, I have a list of errands to run, My first stop was at the post office to pick up the mail. second on my list, I headed to the grocery store to pick up my weekly groceries. As I roamed up and down the aisles, I carefully checked the items off my list, making sure not to forget anything. I went to the checkout and paid for my groceries. The employees bagged the groceries and I was on my way. I had to drop off some books at the local library. I parked my car and walked down the street to the library, I put the books I brought back on the counter. I stopped to browse to check a few more books out for my weekly reading. With that task completed, I felt I was getting things done. The last errand on my list was to stop by the thrift store to buy some crafting stuff for a project, and they had what I needed. I felt satisfied knowing that I had completed all of my errands for the day. It was a productive day, and I was looking forward to relaxing at home.
