Left over spaghetti noodle

Hello everyone! Good to be back and I am ready to share with fellow lotters a new topic and discussion. My youngest brother celebrated his 27th birthday last June 4 and it was just a simple celebration. Mom cooked spaghetti and we decided to just have a take away 2 buckets of chicken in a famous fast food chain Jollibee. It is also graduation and moving up season now in the Phillippines and I did not expect that restaurants and fast food chains here will be full of people dining in and as a result some food on the menu were unavailable. Good thing I just ordered 2 buckets of crispy chicken and went home to help mom. So after the celebration in the house , I noticed there's a spaghetti noodle left in the freezer. We always place left over food in the freezer to prevent it from spoiling. So I asked mom if I can have the noodle and she told me that I should make the sauce and I said its fine I'll just make the sauce from scratch. I gathered all the ingredients like the mushroom soup powder, chicken flakes in a can and garlic and onions for sauteing. Its a white sauce Im preparing and Im happy that I achieved my desirex texture and taste. I ate happily knowing that I did not waste the left over spaghetti noodle. Lotter, how do you store left over food? And do you reinvent a new dish from it ?

I always freeze leftover food too. I don't often invent new dishes however.

@JudyEv Specially if its hot weather or summer food is so easy to get spoiled .
