At what temperature do you consider it's hot?

I think it's hot when there are 29 or 30 degrees Celsius or even more than that. But 28 degrees Celsius is hot too. I need to go to the doctor because I don't feel well. I have headaches and low blood pressure. This morning I woke up at 4 am with a panic attack. Maybe panic attacks or heat make my blood pressure low. I am curious to know when it's too hot for you and when you have to use the AC.

Same as you, when the temperature goes over 28º C I consider it's TOO hot. I am comfortable if the temperature is below 26º C.

I am exactly like you. If it's below 26 Celsius it's perfect. But this is usually different for each person. Now I feel much better because that extreme heat disappeared.

I feel better because the heat is gone. But next week it will be back. I thought that something serious had happened and I wanted to go to a doctor, but the heat was the problem. There is a lot of humidity inside the house when it's hot. The real feel is 36 degrees Celsius.

I used to be the same before. I only needed a fan. But anxiety made me very sensitive to heat.

for me it is too hot inside the house when it is more than 25 celsius degrees. If we are talking about outside temperature I would consider it to be hot when it is over 28 celsius degrees

Do you use AC when it's so hot?

For me, if the temperature in the room is 30 degrees, I can stick to not turning on the air conditioning for 2 months, but this process is very difficult.

Does AC use a lot of electricity? Do you use a fan instead when there are 30 C?

@dya80dya I use a variable frequency air conditioner, and since I am in the office during the day, I only keep it on for 2 to 3 hours at night at home. The fan must be turned on when the temperature is at 30 degrees Celsius

I feel better now only because the heat disappeared. Next week it will be back. My brain is normal again. I didn't know that heat can cause such problems.

If you are talking about being sick, 101 is considered a fever in medical terms. In Fahrenheit, the cold would be below anything in the human body of 95. Most people sit around 98 to 99, which is average also again ferinhet. A fever of 104 and over is dangerous, and that's when you need to see a doctor. If you're talking about temperature outside, once it hits like 90 degrees Fahrenheit, it's AC time or windows, even a little fan time. Again, that depends on what kind of hot because different areas have different types of heat.

I am talking about the temperature outside. Inside the house, it's humidity too and this causes uncomfortable feelings.

Here in Nairobi, temperatures vary from 14 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius in cold seasons and 21 degrees Celsius to 28 degrees Celsius in hot seasons. Anything above 25 degrees Celsius for me is terribly hot. However there are some parts of our country like North Eastern and Coastal strip where temperature can be as high as 35 degrees Celsius! I don't think I can be comfortable living in such conditions!

In summer, the average temperature here is 33C. Sometimes, it may go up to 35C. That's really hot.

this will depend on which climatic zone you are from...this is very much relative question to answer. Like a person staying in desert area would find 29-30 much cooler...

It's very true. I live in Europe and here we don't have very high temperatures until last year. Last year we had 40 C and it was too hot.

27 is hot enough .If you have 27 C in night and you do not have enough air conditioning, it is hot enough to keep us awake. Well, I hope you have a better time.

Thanks. Now I am having a better time because the heat disappeared, but it will be back. Summer has just begun.
