Miniature car collection

I have recently started a new collection of small cars. I got inspired from my friend, who is fond of this. I bought nice Mini GTs miniature antique car, and they look so real. I want now to create an artificial track but which looks like real, where I will be placing the cars.
Have you ever considered this hobby? Do you know anyone collecting miniature cars?

My niece is married to a man who is crazy about trains. He is 28 and earns very well. He spends a good amount on this hobby of collecting train miniatures of really authentic ones. He even gets them from abroad. One room in their home is like a train museum. My cousin collected miniature cars when we were young. But he outgrew it after college.
