Today I was worried because someone abandoned a small dog near our building. But the worst part isn't this. Two neighbors hit him with stones. Hearing the dog crying on the streets was heartbreaking. It wasn't enough to scare him, they had to hit the dog. He had a huge stone prepared to hit him. I regret that I didn't make a video and have no proof. He chased the dog, he ran after him like a monkey, and after a while, the dog returned to the same area. I hope that next time he won't kill the dog. I am really worried. I even cried when I heard the dog crying on the street. Now he limps because he was hit. That neighbor made me very angry. The poor dog was abandoned today, he was crying all night near my neighbor's house and this annoyed him a lot. A woman posted a picture with him, but no one wanted to help him. So I am here afraid that he can be killed.
