Everything Hurts

I wasn't able to do myLot a lot because of all the busy schedules with work and personal activities. Yesterday, I was able to ride a bus going from the city to our hometown. The bus ride ended up for more than 10 hours than the usual 5-8 hours due to the traffic within 3 different municipalities because of a concert of the band called SB19 and singer Arthur Nery. I was okay once I arrived our hometown. Got to eat well, hydrated, and bond with my parents and nephew. However, when I woke up today, everything just hurts. My back, my shoulders, arms, legs. It felt like I went to the gym. I wanted to get more sleep but I know my family's going to wait for me. So, I really have to move now. It's 7:20AM, Saturday morning here. I hope everyone's well today.

That's such a long bus ride, I don't know if I would enjoy being on a bus that long, especially if it was full of people I didn't know.

@HaruLoid I once flew on an airplane for 14 hours. I can relate to how you felt; I was stiff and sore after getting off the plane.

@moffittjc Never really rode a plane for that long, and I certainly didn't know that planes can actually fly that long.

It was very long. Although the usual ride only last for 8 hours. But whether it was 8 or 10 hours, I really couldn't tell the difference anymore because my body felt so stiff during the ride. Once I got out of the bus, everything hurts.

Oh my goodness, a 10 hours ride in a bus is exhausting. I hope you can rest today.

@LadyDuck I surely was not able to rest this week. Maybe today, Saturday, I can finally recharge myself physically.

Being cramped on a bus for that long can feel like the gym.

It really does. Everything suddenly feels numb, and by the time you're able to move them everything starts to feel painful.

That was a long trip and plus traffic. These artists should do concert in Mars so that there will be no traffic.

I'm not against artists conducting their concert, but it would have been great if the traffic was properly managed.

Thank you. Although I'm still having back and should pains, I still went to work after the long weekend.

A ten hour bus ride does not sound like a good time to me! I would be exhausted from it as well. Hopefully, you can rest more later on today.

The only rest that I could get was a night's sleep. My body still aches the next morning.

@HaruLoid Mine would be aching, too. It's hard to stay in a seated position for hours and hours.

It was very long. I was sleeping most of the time during the bus ride.

My shoulder and neck had been hurting lately. I think it's because of my office chair and sleeping on it funny.

@HaruLoid Not sleeping in my office chair. I mean sleeping in my bed and sleeping on my neck wrong.

I can't imagine how your sleep on your office chair in a funny way. In my case, whenever I sleep at the office, I just cross my arms on the table and put my head on top of it.

That's quite a long ride. It's traversing different provinces if normal travel. If it's traffic then heaven knows it could just be about 200 kilometers.

Whether or not there was traffic, the travel will still be very long. The least number of hours that it goes is 8 hours.
