Yep that is what I am worth a buck. I keep doing surveys and cashing out or getting gift cards and one company wanted to thank me for all I do for them taking those surveys, Guess what my gift was? A $1.61 Amazon gift card, So happy I am at least worth a buck, That money is now in my Amazon account and I am hoping to add to it before I order anything else,

Shoot, with the way things are now days, pocket change is a LOT!!!! What you got at Amazon would have done my washing today. I usually run $3 for wash and dry, so pocket change covers a LOT, including clean underwear. Shoot, I might earn enough for a new bra...The one I'm wearing now I pray that I don't end up having to go to the ER, the thing is holier than a tennis net!!! They wouldn't have to cut it off me, all they have to do is look at it hard!!!!

lol I guess we should be thankful for every little bit we can get. I just cashed out at Prolific again and Digital Reflection. Have a great day. Your ice cream sandwiches gave me a taste for ice cream; so I put some Breyer's soy ice cream in my cart.

Even though it doesn't seem like much at least they sent you something as a thank you. I'm one of those people who will pick up a penny on the ground. Every little bit helps.

If you think about it, we feel lucky if we find a quarter on the sidewalk, or a buck in our pocket. So a little bit on a survey site is a LOT to us lucky people.

Hard work pays off. @CarolDM emails me and she gave me two sites that are fairly easy to make some extra money on doing surveys. So far, I like them. I already cashed out on one in only using it for a little over a month.

@Dena91 good for you. My cash outs and gift cards also turn around fairly fast but I am thinking of may cutting back on some of the surveys that seem to just hang there,

Every amount matters. I could complete some surveys lately and I earned $5.

Well, a buck is not a lot, but better to have one more in your account.

You've gone up in price. I think it was less than that when I was a kid.

It's hardly worth sending out a gift card. Or is it a sort of virtual one?

@JudyEv no, a regular gift card I already put the money in my Amazon account, I think it at least shows they do appreciate my taking surveys not matter how small the amount,

Well, at least they didn't send you something with antlers that lives in the forest that you would need to feed constantly. And remember those kind of "bucks" help produce children that need to eat too. Then the neighbors would be complaining about buck droppings in their yards, although it's more the size of large rabbit poop. Sorry, I couldn't resist the comment. I saw the title and that's the first thing that popped into my mind. It's been a high pain day and my mind isn't tracking on the "norm" type thought. Like my neighbor having to drink barium before her procedure tomorrow. She doesn't dare wander away from the bathroom. I gather she got the old-style stuff that turns your poop pink...as I told her, "At least your bathroom usage will be interesting. She didn't appreciate it much. Maybe I ought to start doing surveys...it might get interesting for both me and the people producing them.

@BearArtistLady Thanks I needed a laugh, I think you could give at least a couple of survey sites a try, Some of my preferred are Survey Junkie, Qmee, and PaidViewpoint and at Crowdtap you can make quite a quick exchange for gift cards,

I've found one really good survey app recently I've been using, almost to my second cash out there. $1.61 isn't much, but it's always good to have more than you started the day with
