How do you keep up with the latest news and trends

We have lot of ways to get the latest around us and globally. Some of us rely on television channels, some on newspapers and most on internet and social medias. Personally, I get my news updates from a variety of sources. I really on twitter and websites to provide latest news. For Profession , I really on specific sites and for other news items rest of social media, tv and internet. So, How do you keep up with the latest news and trends

I don't. If I want to know about something, I can look it up. However, I don't need to know trends for what I do.
