My cousin and his family just got back from a cruise. They went to the Bahamas. They were gone a week and had a great time. This was their second cruise there.
My husband and I have always wanted to take a cruise. We have been on day trips out to several islands, but never on an overnight cruise. Hopefully we get to go one day.
Do those of you that have cruised have a favorite destination or for those that want to take a cruise…….where do you want to go ?

The sunset looks beautiful. It's been a long time I haven't visited any beautiful place and don't think I will because of my heart ailment.

@Tampa_girl7 I visited, Darjeeling, Puri, and some other places in India and my favourite place is Puri.

Great pic .I liked the Bahamas. We cruised there. Bermuda I didn't like.

@Tampa_girl7 It was expensive, humid and the water was cold. It is pretty though, and I know some like it, but I wouldn't go back.

I'll stay on land, thanks. I've been on day boat tours, and they really aren't all that great.

We are working on taking afternoon boat cruises on each of the Great Lakes.
We love to learn the history of the local area.
Next month we will go up to the bush to Lake Superior, and take the boat cruise through the lock system.
We haven't done a cruise like that, and it interests us.
I hope that one day you can your husband can take a longer cruise.

You know since my only desire is to head back to Latvia but I am financially strapped with all the news about accidents on the airlines if I won or made enough money to get back I would head back on a ship and cruise into Riga Harbor where the big cruise ship stop,

Living in south Florida for many, many years, I have been on dozens of cruises, from overnight ones to 7-day voyages. Each and every one was special in its own way. My favorite destination has always been St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, but in reality almost every one of the ports of call in the Caribbean, Bahamas, Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Mexico have been wonderful.
