I have been doing Weight Watchers for 6 months and have lost 68 pounds as of today. I like it because you can eat anything you want as long as it is in your points range and I am not one for having to give up alot of different foods. You have to exercise too, I hate that part, but I have gotten to where I actually miss it if I don't do it. Good Luck,

yeah go jog. do cardio. dont buy fat burners they are basically over price caffeine supplements. buy generic caffeine, walk or jog everyday for 1 hour a day for 4 months at least.

What worked for me was walking. I did it every morning for 1 to 2 miles at a quick pace. Just make sure you walk fast enough to get your heart rate up and set a little. If you can try running for that mile or two for more drastic results & cut done on the sugars in you diet.

Yes! It's a diet for 3 weeks. After you stop for 1 week and then (if you want to) you start all over for another 3 weeks and so on. It's really relieving. You lose weight, fat, no water, and you feel less swallen day by day. It also makes you good with your energy. Here it goes: In the morning you can have a cup of tea or coffee with no sugar. If you are a sugar addict you can try to put just 1 small spoonful of real sugar in it and then try to cut it of day by day. Your lanch is going to have a HUGE salad, with whatever kind of vegetable you wish (try to use only 1 tomatoe per day and never use red bulbes), with salt, pepper etc and lemon or vinegar. Never put oil. In your lanch also has to be a selection of either 120 gr. of chicken, or 120 gr. of veal, or 120 gr, of fish or a yogurt full in calories or just a boiled egg. You add also in the end an apple. The same is for the dinner. And of course the tips for this diet are these: 1. Nevre forget to eat the 2 apples after your dinner. 2. Use large quantities of salad. You can use your microwave and cook your meat, fish or chicken with vegetable. 3. No use of oil. You will destroy everything in a glimse. That's it. I did and I lost 1 week 3 kilos, 2 week 3 kilos and 3 week that is supposed to lose no weight, I lost 2 kilos more. At total 8 kilos in just 3 weeks. I did extra effotr to gain these kilos back. And i succeeded it in a whole year.
