Another Day Closer to the Weekend

So it's Thursday and one more day to the weekend. Not that it matters too much for me because I'll be working anyway. I work today and tomorrow and then Saturday I have wildland training. This training will get us certified on the wildland team the department has. I've been wanting to be on this team for a while now and I finally get my chance to do it. Yesterday, my friend's step-daughter and I made gummy bears. It's not as messy as I truly thought and not that hard. In fact, they turned out really amazing so I can't wait to make more which we will soon. I need slightly bigger molds and to figure out a price point. Tomorrow I will also be buying things for cake pops. These are two things that I have been wanting to do and now I can. I think the cake pops will be just as good as the gummies. Fire Women Creations has our Fourth of July bundle posted. It's a huge one too, it's on Facebook and now next door. I'm not too sure about the next door app but I guess I'll find out. Anything right now to push the shop. Somehow, my friend's step daughter has also convinced me to wear a dress for the fourth of July. It doesn't help that my husband teamed up with her. We'll see if that really happens because according to her I should be twinning with her step mom. I've been reading Mind Games by Nora Roberts. So far so good, I can't wait to get more into it. I have to admit I'm still having a bit of a Fourth Wing hangover though. It was a really good book. At least I have time to get to the second one before the third comes out next year. The Charazard puzzle is coming along. I'm pretty much at the part where it's all one or two colors so it'll take a bit to get done. Slowly but surly though. When I get home today, I have to get some cleaning done. That's why I'm trying to get some of the shop stuff done here and now instead of at home. Fingers crossed this tactic works lol.
