First, I want to give a shout out to myLotter @DianneN. It's her birthday today.
Good afternoon from wet Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It finally stopped raining. I have the patio door open and I'm listening to the party beyond my tree line. There's singing and fun going on over there.
I have much to be thankful for today.
I'm thankful to have the notifications done twice. It's so good to see how you're doing in your corner of the world.
I'm thankful for the steps I got this morning. I still have two thousand to go. I'll get them when I get off the computer.
I'm thankful for the game of Canasta with my neighbor. It was only the two of us here. I'm not joining the group upstairs anymore. They're a bunch of backbiting accusatory people. I don't need that. It was more fun with the two of us.
I'm thankful for the work I did on In the Hands of Mighty Men. The revision is coming along well.
Okay, that's my day. I want to finish the chapter I was working on before I started Canasta. My neighbor is also taking me to the store. I have a couple things I need before the end of the month.

How disappointing that the group turned out to be what you said; I’m sorry they turned out to be that way.
I’m thankful that my sister figured out Hudson was in more pain due to his new medication. That way they can discontinue it. I’m also thankful my dad got in so soon for his MRI. If you could remember to pray for him, Valerie, I’d appreciate it. He’s having tremors in his hands.

@kobesbuddy It's a group of them that decided to accuse her of everything they don't like here, and she hasn't done any of what they accuse her of.
There's something in the wind here that will take their attention off her and cause another round of disagreement from them. At least it won't be directed at her.

I'm thankful for the surprise packages. Especially George's Formula. I have so much of it, that I don't know where to put it all, but it'll keep for a while. It's better to have too much then not enough. I'm thankful for the rain we got last night. It was not near enough, but it was better than nothing.

@just4him I'm glad we do, too. I just emptied another box. With the system I have set up, it'll be a couple of days before i need to open a new one. One box lasts one week, give or take a day.

I'm thankful for all the "buyers" I am getting for the organ and the piano. Even though one didn't show up. I'm hoping the guy who wants the organ will show up on Wednesday.

I am glad you had a nice time with your friend playing Canasta. It's best to avoid backstabbing accusatory people. Life it too short to put up with their drama.
I am thankful we haven't had rain in about a week, the grass hasn't grown so I won't have to mow in all this heat. We are expecting rain sometime next week. And the temps will be a bit cooler then.
