What's for dinner? June 21

Sounds good. I am cooking up a frozen pot pie. As you have seen, I got some work done on the ARs today. Then I taught. Bass. No guitar or piano. Now I relax. I do not know whether my pot pie is dinner or late afternoon snack Did you see that Donald Trump's stock (DJT) surged at the close today? Is there new news out?

I went for easy and just cooked up some crispy, fried Gorton's fish filets and we had tater tots and buttered mixed vegetables on the side.

I had a chicken Caesar salad. With 4 heads of romaine and a rotisserie chicken, it seemed suitable

I had leftovers from Longhorn Steakhouse for lunch and my usual PB&J for dinner. Have a good weekend.

My son said yesterday that he would love spaghetti today. Luckily, I had some sauce I made a few weeks ago in the freezer, so that made dinner easy for me. Good thing as today was nutty busy. A green salad and garlic bread, he was in heaven. Yours sounds really good, too!

With this heat I don't even consider cooking big dinners. I usually make something very light and very easy. Salad, grilled cheese, soups from a can, etc.

In this heat just simple stuff like some seasoned fries and a pork sausage patty with some BBQ sauce and cheese,
