Our air conditioner arrived yesterday

It arrived very fast. I didn't expect it and I am thankful because it is in our home. They will install it on Tuesday. They said they want to install it as soon as possible because we need it. We decided to put it in the hallway. In this way, it can cool several rooms, not just one. I am glad they were very fast and we will have it soon. My father said we would have a cold because of it. But this heat is too much for anyone. We have a heatwave now. Tomorrow we will have a normal temperature again. How is the weather in your place?

cold is nothing if you enjoy it. it is ok now but humidity is almost every day though temperatures dropped down. very glad for you!

I enjoyed it because it made me feel calm. I didn't expect that it would have such positive effects. How is the weather in your place now? Here there are 35 C outside.

It is officially sweltering here. And Diana, if someone did happen to get a cold, it would go away, and a body would adjust. You cannot live in this heat, and pardon me, but phooey on your dad for being pessimistic. Just start it off in low for a week or so.

I don't regret buying it. It did some miracles. I almost had a panic attack because of the heat. After a while and when the temperature was lower, I felt much better and calmer. I couldn't believe it. My dad is still pessimistic. He can't believe that we have AC in the house. I just hope we won't pay a lot on the electricity bill.

@dya80dya If the bill is a little high at first it can always go back down as you keep an eye on the usage. I’m so glad you got it with this heat. And your dad might complain, but secretly, I bet he’s glad too.

I hope it works well for you guys. Heat waves can be discomforting! You also need a pool to swim or some tree shades to relax. I wish you well!!
