Ever noticed how we're always chasing the next big thing, like the latest phone or a new relationship? But what if true contentment can't be found in these things? What if our hearts are actually made for something more?
Getting something we really want can feel great, but that happiness often fades quickly. It's the idea that buying things will make us happy, but it usually just leaves us wanting more. According to St. Augustine, true happiness can only be found in God. Our hearts are restless until they find their rest in Him.
Instead of constantly chasing after the next big thing, maybe it's time to focus on what truly matters. Enjoy what we have, but remember that true fulfillment comes from within, not from the things we own.

Exactly, Valerie. True joy comes from a deep, spiritual connection that material things can never provide.

The journey is the reward. Sometimes the goal may not bring in the happiness or joy. True happiness depends on lot of factors. As far as humans are concerned, our happiness and goals change from time to time. And you are correct- true happiness can only be found in God. Thanks!
