Looking for something I hadn't seen before early today and came across Burke's Law. The show aired from 1963-1965. The show revolves around Amos Burke, captain of homicide police department in Los Angeles. He is a multimillionaire who is chauffeured by Henry in his Rolls-Royce. It starred Gene Barry as Captain Amos Burke, Gary Conway as Detective Tim Tilson, and Leon Lontoc as Henry. There were 81 episodes of this series. As Hollywood does, it brought back the show in 1994-1995. In this version of the show, Amos is a widower with an adult son Peter who is detective under his father. Gene Barry was Amos Burke; Peter Barton played his son Peter and Danny Kamekona played Henry as the faithful chauffeur. There were 27 episodes of this series. I watched about 2 minutes of the latter series and turned it off. Something about black and white shows that appeal to me more. I may go back when I finished watching all the first series.
