Three Days Work in the Office Set Up

As we grow the department I am currently in, we are required to report in the office for 3 days a week now from 2 days. This is a good strategy as we have new members on board starting next week. As the oldies, we need to guide the newbies on processes. The new ones work in the office 5 days a week. And will have the opportunity to work hybrid when it is time for them to work from home. And that said, I will have more time outside the comfort of home.

The guidance and assistance from us who have been in the business for 9 years or so are important for the new hires. Some are newly graduates.

It would be an additional expense for me since I adding 1 day to work in the office. But will ask my brother if I could stay with him
