I bent over to look under my bed to check for dust bunnies or whatever. Usually I know better but apparently I keep forgetting that I'm old and can't bend as well anymore. When I stood back up the back let me know that I am indeed old. I've pulled or pinched a muscle and now I'm in pain. As I type this I remember that I have some icy hot. So I'm going to try that and hope it will help. I hope you guys have a great day.
