Time to get back to my normal

Hello everyone! so yea. busy week has finished. now I am working out.. and yea.. gonna do it until failure as always.. so uhhm.. I workout at night cuz yea its more cool and not dying of heat air.. So how are yall this night or day?

It is very warm today, we walked also in the afternoon, but now it is too hot.

It rained well in the morning here and weather is cooler than yesterday. My stepmom had pain in her knee so went to the nearby hospital so I went to see her innthe morning itself.

sorry that she have that pain. but I think it is atritis? Idk the spelling sorry.. but it commonly occurs to older people when its cold. sometimes my mom have that

Hey buddy... I'm in bed eating a turkey sandwich and watching videos online... I made a big pan full of potatoes, onions and turkey bacon for our lunch today. We each ate a big plate full of it and I put the rest in the fridge for later. If you came over now, you could have some of it, too.
