My Hair Stopped Growing!!!!

Has this happened to anyone else here? Especially if you are a senior citizen? The last time I had my hair cut was around April 18th. My hair style is a very short haircut. Normally I need it cut every 6 weeks or less because it starts driving me nuts. But I have not had the need to get it cut since. It looks today like it did the day it was cut over two months ago. I do not know what is going on. Do you have any ideas? I have not changed anything in my lifestyle except for walking more outside. Same shampoo, same diet, same stress level...what do you think? Has this ever happened to you?

Try taking some vitamins and supplements. You can also apply coconut oil and aloe vera on your scalp.

I get my vitamins and minerals eating healthy real foods. This is a very sudden happening. Up until the past couple of months my hair was growing at a regular rate. Something changed in the past two months. My mother-in-law used coconut oil in her hair every night. Her hair was very thin.

I think I read once that the longer your hair is, the slower it goes. I don't know if it's true or not.

I will reach the senior citizen category in a few months. My hair is growing too fast. I usually have shoulder-length hair, which I cut once a year. It's not even a year, and my hair has reached below the waist. I need to go for a haircut soon. Unfortunately, it's just the length is growing. Scalp is getting scarce.

It could be a simple resulte of aging. Our hormones and metebolicsic processes are ever changing, Some people start losing hair. My husband's is ggrowing, but it's very thin. I can see the flakes due to his not washing and he's starting to scratch at it.

Other than seeing a doctor about it, I have no suggestions. My hair is very thick and grows very fast. Have a good weekend.
