What can I buy a 13 year old for Christmas?

What can I buy my 13 year old son for Christmas? He has all the latest gadgets and to get another MP3 or games console wouldn't be that special. He does want the latest cellphone which is also an MP3 player, but as he got mugged for his last phone, so am not too keen on that. What can I get him that has the wow factor?

I have the exact same problem, my son would like a PSP, but they're a bit too expensive at the moment. The majority of teenagers I know would prefer cash to anything else, but that does seem a bit impersonal. Could you maybe take him to the cinema to see a decent film? Maybe make a big thing of it, go for a meal first, then the cinema, let him take a few of his friends maybe, that's what I might end up doing with mine. Sorry, my mind's gone blank on this one now.

Who really knows what the new WOW-thing for a 13 year old. What's in today is probably not in come christmas. :-) I'm sure there's something he want, ask him.
