Online offer that went bad and customer service was even worse

I bought around 11 a.m. today an online offer for dental cleaning. I am having hard time getting my dentist on the phone and i thought this would be faster. I guessed wrong.
I bought an offer and contacted the dentist though, it was weird that offer didn't mention when she works. I called her and heard her poorly and said i bought an offer and when can i come for a meeting. She answered me rudely that i should call her at 3 p.m., that she has some tehnicians now. I asked does she work from 3p.m. and she said yes. I mean, why do you answer your phone and this is something i didn't want to be part of. I said if she don't want to make a meeting with me, then i will cancel the offer. She said okay. I said in return that you're rude and hung up.
I sent an email to an online customer service and an hour had passed so i called them. No answer, okay, i will try 10 minutes later. The call was finally picked up by a woman who answered so lazy, like it is all okay, even saying that to me. No real communication skills whatsoever. She needs to check with the person first, where i wanted to go for cleaning, if i used an offer or not. I said i bought it an hour ago and i hang up cause the woman even laughed at me cause i asked when will i get my money.
She kept on repeating it is a process. That is lazy people saying. No empathy, no nothing. Just, that I need to have a patience. I paid to them not the dentist who didn't want to schedule me for a meeting.
Awful experience. They get money in a second and who knows how long will i wait for my money.
Update: i got a refund.

@allen0187 since they refunded me, i couldn't comment. the site accepts only those who bought and used the offer. very shady. and i am not on social media.

i saw my mobile banking app and it seems that my bank didn't charge me at all, there is no trace i purchased it. i hope that's a good thing. yes, so many calls and people talking just for sake of talking, not being more customer friendly. did you have betetr ecperience with internet offers or internet coupons? i don't usually buy them.
