The United States President now has powers like a King.

Eventhough the American President is elected, now because of the Supreme Court ruling, the President is above the law and can do anything in "offical" acts that he/she wants to do even if it is against the law. The President is above the law in the United States. Bribery, murder, subverting elections, anything goes. Is this right? Is this the country that the Founding Fathers wanted?

The Supreme Court stated nothing new. Our presidents have had this immunity from the get-go.

@Chellezhere I told to a member that I checked the Law and (before the Supreme Court judged) it sounded to me that, still being President on January 6, he had immunity.

@lifecoachjerusalem It's always been out in the open.

I didn't know that, but now it is out in the open. Too bad for America. The President is above the law, even before he is in office, during and after.

I am often surprised by their Laws, NOT to mention they system to vote. Finally the popular vote counts very little.

Yes, the Electorial college was instituted to subvert the popular vote. America needs a parlimentary system, with no king. That way a bad goverment can be replaced easily.

@lifecoachjerusalem We are discovering that it's not a perfect country. Look at the two candidates they have to become President.
