What Do You Use Milk For in Your Recipes?

I need some quick ideas for using milk in cooking. How do you use it? I love drinking milk, and I put it in mashed potatoes, and creamy rice. Sometimes I put it in scrambled eggs. But other than drinking it and using it for cereal, I don't have a lot of ideas. How do you use milk?

I make puddings and flans. I make white sauces for pasta. I use it to make pancakes. I could go on forever.

Unfortunately, those foods are not allowed in my diet, although I will eat them once in awhile.

There are so many uses of milk - I made curds, I use milk for making puddings and several desserts.

Milk has a ton of uses for cooking. I use it in macaroni and cheese, in cream soups and chowders, especially clam chowder. I use it (as do you) to make mashed potatoes. I use it in egg bakes. That being said, I rarely have actual milk in the house since I do not drink it or otherwise use it, so most of the time I just use evaporated milk.
