There has been a 4th case of bird flu in a human. Hope you have a Safe and Happy 4th of July. I am going to visit my husband.. What will our American friends be doing? I ate more than my share of hamburgers and hot dogs and potato chips last night when we all went out to a few "pre-parties."

We were planning on spending some time in the pool and later I want to cook some pork steaks on the grill, but right now it's raining like the dickens, so we'll see if things clear up. I suspect they will. For dinner last night I cooked up a marinated pork loin and we had that with salad and some leftover rice and beans that I combined some leftover broccoli with on the side.
