Are you among those in the US who have no water when you turn on your faucet? My Mr. Bean incident.

I actually have not watched that much Mr. Bean, though I enjoy Monty Python. Is Mr Bean "British humor"? I associate him with absurd screw ups, like my physical injuries from cooking bacon while scantily clad.
Tonight I went to water my balcony plants. I stepped on Kitty's water dish at the only angle that could turn it utterly upside-down, spilling water all over my carpet. I froze and thought of Mr. Beam, whether I understand him or not.
I was able to get the plant watering vessel, grab Kitty's water bowl, and quickly restore things back to normal, even as I laughed at myself for being Mr. Bean.
But then I remembered a Trump speech in which he said that most Americans could not get water from their tap or shower head.
I live in California, with a Democratic Governor, and my water pressure is fine. I can get water for Kitty, my plants, or my hair, whenever I want it. Is our Governor really responsible for this miracle?
I doubt it.
What want to know is: Which are the States where little or no water comes out of your tap when you turn it on? I admit that in recent years I have visited only California (I live here), Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana (my cabin is there), Washington, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, and a handful of others. No problems.
Again, which are the States that have little water coming out of the taps? Are local politicians responsible? I have no idea. Are there Democrat or Republican Governors in the "low pressure" states? Should they be blamed? I also have no idea.
Have you ever felt like Mr. Bean? And do you have water where you live? If you do NOT, let us know where you live. You need not blame anyone if you do not want to. But I am curious to know where these "no water" areas are.

It could happen that govt could shut EVERYTHING down like it did
when the virus hit the states if you haven't forgotten, they have control
over EVERYTHING your mail, your banks, your stores, your utilities.
They control your life, they can do whatever they want if they want to
This is why it's so emportant to vote & be on top of the news cause
what THEY SAY goes, it's JUST THAT SIMPLE.

@2ndchances24 I am not really "mad at Trump" for shutting things down during the height of Covid. I just think he should have been more forthright about how dangerous Covid could be, and taken action more quickly. Remember that even he got Covid eventually.

Love Monty Python, Hate Mr Bean.
I have water in my basement when it rains a lot.
And I'm sure you've visited the state of denial at least once in your life.

He is referring more to ridiculous regulations that limit the amount of water a tap or shower is allowed to provide, or even how much water per flush you are allowed.
It's not to say that water conservation should not be a concern. You don't want to just open your spigots and leave somewhere for the weekend. At the same time, water is constant. The exact same amount of water that exists on the planet now is the same exact amount of water that existed a millennia ago.
You see, there is something strange that happens when you turn on your taps. The water goes into a drain, or into you or something. Ultimately through your poop or pee or evaporation or whatever else that happens to it, it winds up back in the water supply one way or another.
It doesn't just disappear.

Right. The Earth is a "closed system." We are asked to use less water in CA when we have drought. I've never been anywhere where water doesn't come out of the tap or shower. But I do remember only cold water once in the shower at a motel in Mexico.
