It's another late start. I over slept. George said he was going to come looking for me. But, I came out before he did. Chilly George and I have been fed. My right knee is kind of sore again.par for the course. I have a lot of stuff to go out today. With it being the 4th I am still going to put stuff on the curb tonight. It shouldn't affect waste pick up. I ordered another lap desk because using ths one is kind of akward and hard to balance on the couch. The one I found will allow me to keep things flat and still tilt my laptop up so I can see it better.
I know, blind person needing to see? Well sometimes voiceover doesn't catch anything so I use a little of what's left of my vision. Plus if I have to have a laptop screen on, might as well be at a good angle right?
I'm kind of glad that I'm busy today with house chores. It'll help me with a few distractions making me forget the fourth and the fact we're stuck at home. George didn't get the green light to drive in time.

Pain in my knee comes and goes. I'll check to see if the preasure dropped a lot or not. Sometimes that's the cause.

The only time Nascar runs on a thuresday, is when it's the gatoraid now blue green twin 150's to decide the pole for the Daytona 500.

my knee pain, is part of a host of chronic pain spots that come and go. I rarely complain about it.

I sure hope your knee gets better:( It's good that you got to sleep in a little bit. I pray the doctor will allow George to drive, something that most men enjoy doing! You are doing a beautiful job:)

He said 'no' when we saw him and he won't go back to his primary until september. I need to call vascular back, but I want the VA to have time to approve that follow-up because I don't want to waste my time and money, again.

Our normal pick up day is Thursday, but of course that was the 4th, so our pickup simply moved to today. I always gauge the holiday schedules by my neighbor Mary next door, who is in her 80s by the way. She knows EVERYTHING going on in the neighborhood. A regular Mrs. Kravitz she is, let me tell you. lol

Ah, so you've seen Bewitched. Our pick up days are tuesday and Friday. Sometimes on a holiday (or the day after) the weekly recycling truck (Frida) doesn't come.

@kaylachan Yeah. Sure I have. It was on TV all the time when I was a kid growing up. Great show, by the way, and I used to watch it often. I still enjoy reruns now from time to time.

Good that you were able to fix the laptop so it is easier to see. I will finish on here and watch the news with the fireworks from all over the country. Those are always interesting.
