What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I have ground beef to use so I'm finally getting around to making Lasagna Soup in the Instant Pot. I seem to be on a soup kick lately which is strange when it is summer. I've made it once before and it is simple to do. So that's what is happening here. If I had baby spinach or frozen spinach I would include it but I don't. It will be delicious without it. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

I cooked up some pork steaks on the grill and finished them off with a slathering of Lille's barbecue sauce. On the side we had baked beans and fried potatoes.

I made a bowl of mac & tuna salad for dinner, it was easy & fast & just right with 4 boiled eggs, a lg can of tuna, in water - drained off & 2 cups of mac (cooked & rinsed & drained) 3 slices of Onion chopped up, Mayo, relish. We each had a nice bowl & that was dinner, then I had me 3 small tangerines my last meds for the day & thinking about a single small serving of Ice cream.

Last night (July 3rd), the University of Florida shot off their fireworks, so we did a hamburger/hot dog cookout to celebrate the pre-Independence Day celebrations, and today is fried chicken, baked beens, cole slaw, and potato salad before heading out to see the fireworks show the nearby town of Alachua puts on. They bill their show as "the largest small town fireworks show in the nation."

I had a Marie Callender's Pineapple Teriyaki frozen dinner. It wasn't bad. Have a good day and weekend.
