Pirate Bear Finish Art - Pencil Phase

I'm back! It's been while, and Pirate Bear is finished now, but I figured I'd share the progress pictures for those folks who like them.
The last thing we saw was the digital comprehensive sketch. Since that was full color, you probably think you already know what the finish art is going to look like. (Editor's note: don't be too sure).
Anyway, the finish art is a physical piece, not digital, so I printed out the line art level from the digital file and used that and some graphite paper to transfer the drawing to a piece of vellum-finish bristol board (bristol board is similar to posterboard, but nicer quality, and vellum finish means the surface is matte, not shiny).
After transferring the drawing, I neatened it up and made whatever corrections I thought were needed in order to get it ready for inking.
Here is the pencil drawing with my "weapon of choice", a Papermate Sharpwriter mechanical pencil.
