Class Action Notification

Today I received an email regarding a class action taken against a loan company I did business with a couple of years ago. It is because they allegedly took out more interest than they should have. The interest won't be much cause the loan wasn't for much. I won't hear anything on it until they have gone to court in October 2024. So I am not sure if this was good news or bad. We'll see.

I've recieved a few of those things, for me, it's been junk. I'd read the fine print and consult a lawyer if you can to confirm the validity.

I have yet to receive more than a couple bucks from a class action suit. Good luck. Have a good day and weekend.
