Longer Power Interruption tomorrow

Our place will be having a power interruption tomorrow and this time it will be a little longer than the previous schedules. I understand why they have this now because they are fixing the cables , its just that its so long it will start at 4am until 6pm. Some of my activities will be cancelled tomorrow. Some chores and errands that uses electricity will be at halt as well. I hope its not that hot and humid tomorrow because its gonna be hard if ever... Hope that they finish on time, we have a lot stocked in the freezer food etc , hoping it will not spoil. Fellow lotters have you experienced power interruptions like these and a little longer?

Yes we had. I prepare for my phone to have full battery, power bank, and emergency light. I also keep some water in big bucket, because I will need it somehow

Keep your freezer and refrigerator closed, avoid to open them, the modern ones should keep cold 24 hours.

Some have been naturally occurring and some man-made to help restore power to other places, but yes, they have been times we've gone at least that many hours without power. I do what Ifamous and Anna mentioned.
