I am Not a Rap fan..hate the Disses and the Gangster type rap...But there is one rap/hiphopper that I really enjoy watching...Tom McDonald. His is called a political Rapper, but his songs make you THINK. Like MOST Americans, he is NOT for either side of the aisle..he just makes sense. His song God Mode tells about how he became who he is today. Makes you see that no matter how low you go..you CAN lift yourself up and make your life better. He is a little wild looking...reminds you of a Skinny Jelly Roll. LOL He wears braids in a lot of his videos, and has tattoos on his face, but he writes his own beats, and produces his videos along with his girlfriend Nova. He is an Independent Artist..no recording contracts with any company though they have offered to sign him. Nova does the filming and production of the videos, and his sister helps with marketing and is IN some of the videos. It is a family business. In God Mode he introduces you to his family. The last video he put out was Me VS You. It is a video about the dividing of Americans. He plays the Left side and the Right side throwing out facts from both sides as we all hear them on the Boob Tube. So you really can SEE how we really need to stop fighting each other and find a common ground. Really a Good Unbiased Common Sense Video...especially the end of it...makes so much sense. Whether you care for Rap or HipHop or not. whether you are a Democrat or a Republican..you really should see this video
