There is some food that I find delicious and say that I will make more often. such was the case of the garbanzos I made a few years ago. But I know that I will nnot cook garbanzos too often. I need to get a pork leg (and it is not sold at the supermarket) and the dish has many ingredients and a lot of work. But ice cream is just a matter of serving and so are quesadillas which I make often at breakfast. There are easy to make delicious dishes and others that are hard to do. If I had more room in my deep freezer, maybe I could freeze legumes that are just heat and serve. As it is, I don´t have enough room. Do you have problems like this in your freezer? I´m a food hoarder so I always have problems. Yet some problems include happy situations. The last time I wanted to buy ice cream there was a sale of the ice cream I most like. The second liter of ice cream was half priced. I bought 2. And now I could eat ice cream. and it made my day. I am watching news but I´ll change the channel. There is too much violence. I´ll go and look at online books. I´m looking at Shakespeare now.. See you.
