Another hot, hot day today..but if it stays overcast it might not get too bad. It is also a bit breezy so that will help. Going to the city today. I have to do some banking, and I will go to Aldi. All this talk of ice cream and summer foods has made me want to go to Sweet Frogs which is a frozen yogurt place. That will be lunch I guess. Have you ever been? It is like an old fashioned make your own sundae place but with frozen yogurt. I don't plan to add much in the way of toppings, but they literally have dozens.Have a good day all!

It's hot, hot, hot here too with temperatures hitting high 90s with real feel over 100 degrees. Going outside is just stifling.
Stopping for a frozen yogurt while you're in the city sounds refreshing. Enjoy!! We have a frozen yogurt shop in town but I haven't been there in awhile. It's hard to make a choice when you have some many toppings to choose from.

Yes, it does. I was looking at their topping calorie guide last night. So, I will try to steer clear of the higher calorie ones.
