What's for breakfast on this sunny and temperate Wednesday?

I scored some eggs yesterday, and got back to my normal routine of bacon and eggs for breakfast this morning. And coffee and a cigarette, of course.
I can feel a tiny bit of cool air on my feet as I write. My guess is that it will only reach the upper 80s F today.
Today is a normal teaching day for me. I think I have nine students.
I did get a bit of work done on my book yesterday, so no @Just4Him prod for me today.
How is your Wednesday shaping up? And of course, what did you have for breakfast?

I started with bread with butter and honey. But then I found some mussels in hot sauce so I brought some mayo and ate that too.

I ate a huge cinnamon roll and 2 cups of coffee(milk). Not healthy at all! It was68degrees today, a bit cool.

@TheHorse Jay buys huge cinnamon rolls in the Meijer's bakery. I eat one, he consumes the other three. I am still leery of sugar, even though my A1C is way down, in the normal range.

It's past 10 PM here. My Wednesday was busy and still a few things are left on to-do list. I have no energy left for them. I would just like to relax a bit here and call it a day.

@TheHorse Funny enough I was going to have a bacon and egg sandwich last night but I fell asleep. Maybe I will make it today!

I made stuffed parathas for today along with some coconut chutney. Of course my home made fruit juice is always there.

It shaped up very hot. Here in my room it is like an oven. It is 103 F here right now(3p.) and the temp goes on up to 106 by 5p. I don't know how I will get through the next 7 weeks or so. I am so looking forward to fall.
I'm not very hungry in this heat.
