Children should be taught good toilet habits since babyhood.

Some parents just don't bother to teach their children good toilet habits. My neighbour's 3 years old daughter pees wherever she likes. Today I saw her peeing in their own terrace. The terrace is no place to pee moreover she was barefoot which would be the cause of lot of infection. No doubt the little girl falls sick every now and then.

You are right. Toilet training is very important, she is at 3. If parents had taught her she must have alarm her parents or ask her to take to toilet

@aninditasen I would probably plop her on the potty after she pees in a random place. And make it fun.

@TheHorse She cries or rather screams if she is not allowed to behave the way she likes.

She can go to the toilet but she doesn't.

Yes, she is. Her parents are just being carelessly about it knowing it's unhealthy.

It's really not that hard to do. I know it sounds odd, coming from a male, but I have potty trained many 2- and 3-year-olds. Its actually kind of fun and funny. 'You pee. I'll wash me hands." The running water helps littlies pee. "Good job! Now flush and wash your hands with me!" A happy interaction and a pattern established.

I trained my sons since babyhood. It doesn't take much effort.

You are doing a noble job. I think the children are learning good habits.
