I adulted through this week. I played the game of being an adult. I went to two physical therapy sessions and two pool workouts.
Truth? I feel a bit beat up. Time for a mini chair conk out.
The kiddo pool water was warm enough to be a hot tub this morning!! I loved it. Almost hot water eases the joints into moving.
Physical Therapist lady is very sweet and kind. And firm. She is determined to do a make over on me. I will stand up straight or die. I will move my left knee and thigh or die. Wish I were joking. She is right: don't move it. You lose it. No I will not spend the rest of my days in a wheelchair. I will do as ordered and maybe some day sooner than later I will be able to walk further on those tree lined paths that call my name.
I hope everyone that is hot is finding a way to cool down. And if you're cold, I hope you find some comfy quilts.

@Deepizzaguy I remember the New Orleans area as pretty tropical. Do you ever have night freezes?

Sounds like you have a tough taskmaster there. That is good for you. Just try not to overdo. I am sure she knows where the sweet spot is though.
