A Fairfield California police officer named Neal was at the right place at the right time of Independence Day when he responded to a fire call at the house of a homeowner.\ Officer Neal tried to contact the owner of the house that had a fire on a fence and embers. Since the owner of the house did not respond to the request of the officer to answer him, Officer Neal grabbed a garden hose to put out the fire quickly with no property damage that was severe enough to damage the property. Nice to see a police officer use his skills to serve and protect his community like Officer Neal did on Independence Day. Link is msn.com/en-us/news/cri...
