It has been a few weeks

I have not been awakened by a headache for three weeks or so, but I was today. My sleep was very disrupted by just needing to get up for the bathroom. (TMI) Likely caused by me not wanting to get dehydrated. I got up at 5 for a while, then went back to bed, and I feel better. I had more coffee and breakfast, and the head is much better. I used Flonase this morning, have not been doing that. I can just blame everything on the heat. Late this afternoon I have an appointment to give double red blood cells. Or power red. Whatever they call it now. That is why I am concentrating on staying really hydrated, and I am not taking aspirin or other nsaids. Bob says I need to take another nap b because I always make him do so. That will be what I do next. I just completed my pre pass for the blood donation.

Me too. I feel like the heat had something to do with it.

I am not doing too bad now. That day was our hottest day of the year so far and it was a miserable day. I got to the blood drive and cooled down a lot because they keep it really chilly. They served a nice light meal as well.

I used to have sleep disruptions and some of them if not all , resulted in headaches. I then started to look at the factors. I changed my pillow and that helped to sleep better. Next , i avoided liquids close to bed time and that helped a lot . Third, light or no dinner and that has marked difference in things. I would say so far so good. Glad to see you are also doing better. Thanks for sharing!

We are trying to eat our evening meals earlier, and then cut off the liquids. You are right, having a good pillow is important.
