Once again Spain won the Euro Championship. England is still away from a big tournament win in years (or do we say decades)! It was not to be Southgate and Harry Kane's tournament but of La Roja ( as Spaniards are called in many news clips)and their youthful team. News Link one can check : The match was a tough fought won. The margin of 2-1 suggests that it was a well contested match for Spain. Hopefully the English team would regroup and take another shot at a big tournament. World Cup 2026 may be !
