Oklahoma State Trooper stops a UFO shaped vehicle

I am sure Oklahoma State Highway Patrol (OSHP) Officer Ryan Vanvleck will remember the incident when he pulled over a vehicle that was driving on the Turner Turnpike in Oklahoma on Monday July 1 that looked like an Unidentified Flying Object for having an obstructed tag.
The couple who was inside of the vehicle told the officer that they traveling to a UFO Festival in Roswell New Mexico.
Officer Vanvleck showed a heart of compassion letting the driver and the passenger off with a warning which is the right thing to do since the vehicle was not in violation of any speed limit laws.

I wonder if it was registered and insured for road use though, as if an accident occurred, it might turn out bad for them if the vehicle proved unroadworthy, and crumbled up on impact.
