Like many ones, first job is something most cherish. Some lucky ones continue in their first job throughout their lives. Others hop around , building careers . However, we all learn or gain from our first job . It could be understanding about enterpreneurship / how people work in a corporate /skills or perhaps even about life.
I started my career as a IT programmer. My first job helped me to gain knowledge ad skills around that area. It also helped me understand about different types of people and work environment . It also helped me to understand that jobs in private sector are very much prone to layoffs .So, what did you learn or gain from your first job?

I did tutoring for pocket money. I realised it is not easy to teach kids if their moms are not strict!!

My first job was as a nusery school teacher, it taught me paitence and how manage emotion, beacuse no matter how was your day you have to hande kids with love and care. The salary is not good, it was okay if you looking for pocket money, but not enough to meet your monthly expenses.
