have you evre had a boss in your life that really had need to spent time in a mental institute? That he was crazy? That he/she wanted more in a day than you can do in a lifetime?

Yes. Yes. Yes. I thought I was going to end up in a mental institute myself too!! Mine gave me a "does not meet expectatoins" on my absenteeism section of my review when I had the best record of anyone in the company. When I asked him why, he told me that it was because I called in sick two days and didn't give him advance notification. I told him I had a stomach virus and called him the minute he got to work both of those mornings. He told me I should have told him at least one day in advace. I'm not kidding, either -- I'm totally seriouss. This is just one example. The man was certifiable!!

I hate these guys! What do they think? Because they give us a job they have to.... us? God no! I have my boss now in courts. Let's see what she is going to do. She ows me more than 4500 euros and 1 years health care. She is screwed.

I had a boss once, that first of all looked like a pimp more so than an owner of a semi large corporation. After working 16 hours strait he told me I was not a team player because I wouldn't wait for another hour to go have dinner with the rest of the guys. I chose to go home and have dinner with my family. I quit shortly after that. Unfortunately, I jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire with my next boss. He was insane and still is!! I haven't worked for him for three years now and he still calls me to tell me what I'm doing wrong!!

Yeah! Go for it. Make him realise that he is a looser. I hope you will find your peace at last.

I had a terribly moody boss once who had us shaking in our boots all the time and walking on eggshells. Most of the time it had nothing to do with our work and it was unbearable. After a year I left.
