Health practice suggestions are plenty to see , listen and watch . Some strictly look at their health and are blessed . Some follow some practices and some do a few practices only for a limited time. Brushing twice a day , exercising minimum hours a week , having vegeatbles and fruits in diet .There are many ones .So, if there is one health pratice you would recommend others, what would it be?

My main ones would be eat right and exercise. If you mean something further, I would recommend the practice of cupping to improve one’s well being. It helped me so much and I did not expect that at all.

@dya80dya I don’t know that I will be able to explain it well, but it is an ancient Chinese medical practice where someone places suction cups on your skin for a period of time, giving a vacuum like effect. A lot of athletes do it for recovery. It is supposed to aid pain and muscle soreness. I started out doing acupuncture and cupping, but switched to cupping when I noticed acupuncture wasn’t doing anything for me. It leaves circular bruises on your skin (I get my back, arms, and neck done), but they go away within a week. No one can see the bruises anyway. Since I’ve been doing it my pain is better, and I no longer need sleep medication.

It's actually two because they work together, diet and exercise. Find the right diet for you. Not all diets work the same for every person. And exercise. Exercise without diet is useless. I walk every day and workout on a foot cycle. When I can, I get to the pool and do laps for at least 45 minutes. Swimming is very good for you. Put the two together and you have a recipe for good health and if needed, weight loss.

Develop healthy eating habits. Stay away from fast foods and sodas. The other thing I will have to say is to take care of your feet. Wear comfortable, good shoes that offer support. Stay away from trendy footwear, high heels, no arch controls, etc. Your feet have to carry you throughout your life, Treat them well, and they will last longer!
