Ordered One a Day Vitamins Yesterday

I've been all over the place, trying to find one-a-day vitamins without dye or artificial flavoring. Malto-dextrin is a sweetener that's very common in vitamin supplements. Why? I really don't know why they add harmful ingredients. Dye isn't good for anyone and I'm allergic to dye, which includes food coloring. At the WalMart Pharmacy, all my medications are white. I only take two prescriptions, not too bad for the Pharmacist to juggle around. They are very kind to me, other people need white medication, also. The vitamins I ordered were Carlyle Vitamins. I've never heard of this brand before, it's worth a try. I'm suppose to be taking a one-a-day vitamin tablet every day. Yet, I haven't been doing this. Finding this brand will help me to obey my doctor. Photo: Borrowed from Pixabay

Its the brand I use when can afford it. They getting pricey. Funny how doctors became such capatlists, but if you eating right you do even need them. I a doctor this what I use, so you mean I will not be a able to afford it if you use it. Just try when you can. Love modern doctor logic.

@kobesbuddy Yeah not so bad, I remember when first came out like 8 bucks for 90 days. That would is a good price for whole year not for 90 days though.

I take a multivitamin daily which is the Equate brand. That is among several other supplements and three prescriptions I take.

@kobesbuddy ......I try to get the ones with no added ingredients but most are just too expensive.

Some people can take Equate vitamins, I can't. There are many added ingredients, that I can't have.

We have a health food chain over here, not checked but it seems likely they'd have those beasties

And health food stores do stock the natural vitamins. Shaklee was quite famous. Now their vitamins are full of additives, just like the cheaper brands.

The pills in the photo look like my Vitamin D tablets. They look like little spots of sunshine.

Many foods have dye. Supplements have dye too, but I am lucky because I am not allergic to dye.
