It's been a good day so far. I got a lot done this morning here and walking the trail.
This afternoon, I went into overdrive. I have the lemonade made, the zucchini is almost finished, and the baked potatoes are out of the oven.
My friend starts grilling in 45 minutes. And then the party starts. There will be eight people all invited on the spur of the moment. I wasn't planning a party yesterday. At least not until around 4 yesterday afternoon.
How's your day going? I'll try to have the health report yet today. I'm just checking in to let you know I'm still around.

Not everyone came, and I invited one more at the last minute when I saw her in the parking lot when we got over there. She came. So, there were - my sister and her husband came for about an hour. Plus, six more with me. So, it was great.

It was the best ever because it wasn't pre-planned. I am amazed at how well it all came together. Everyone had fun. Even my sister and brother-in-law could be there.

That is a cute photo ! Although , I am still working in night to complete my chores and I have a lomng list of things. The sad part is for the completed ones, sometimes I do not get the desired result . In a world where outcomes matter, I feel depressed I am not getting the neccessary results . Guess I need to put more hard work and heart and soul into things. It is not easy and sometimes I feel burnt out . Well, hopefully will have things turn better. Enjoy the rest of the day!
