I'm always on cloud nine everytime I'm on beach! Here in. the Philippines we have plenty of beautiful and amazing beaches. This is my way to reenergize not only my body but also my spiritual well being by being one with nature for a couple of days! It is also my time to reflect on life's journey with all the challenges and blessings I have faced! How about you guys do you love going to beach! Does it helps you? in what way?

Yes;I love beaches;but the nearest beach is more than 350 kms from my place.That's why I walk to a small jungle that is 5 kms from my my home at the outskirts of the my town.The jungle inmates are small animals like jackals;foxes;hyaenas;rabbits etc.I don't chase and disturb them.I just watch their movements.

@angelitovillegas Thanks.Early in the morning I walk there and enjoy the jungle and the life their in.It's a little more than 5 kms from my home.

I hope you could go to a beach for a relaxation soon. iN the beach or in your yard, what matters most is enjoying simple things and appreciating things that make us happy.

You do..the beaches..I love them and you are blessed to be near them. I do love the beaches but I am way far away from them now..I used to live there at the beach.
