Have you ever faced a situation where someone seemed to be helping you but had other motives? How do you tell if someone really cares about you or if they’re just looking out for themselves? Sometimes, people will either be there to support and uplift you or try to take advantage of you. When someone prays for you, they genuinely want the best for you and hope you succeed. On the other hand, when someone preys on you, they might look for ways to use you for their own benefit without caring about your feelings. It’s important to recognize the difference and surround ourselves with those who truly care about us.

This is so true. The reason the Bible tells us to watch and pray. I had a situation like that, I watched the real motives eventually appeared.

That’s a great insight! It’s definitely important to watch and be aware of people’s motives. Over time, their true intentions usually become clear.

I can't tell if someone really cares or not. I talked to a therapist who offered me free therapy and I thought that he cared. But after a while, he told me to use chat GBT instead of talking to him. I can't understand why some people offer me help and they just give up without any preparation. Some people are very kind and after a while, they offer proof that they don't care at all. That person abandoned me in a difficult time of my life. He didn't wait for me to feel better.

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It must be incredibly hurtful to feel abandoned, especially when you were reaching out for support. It's important to remember that some people's actions reflect more about them than about your worth or needs. Keep seeking the support that truly helps you, whether through other therapists, friends, or support groups. You deserve care and understanding, and it's okay to be cautious but hopeful in finding those who will genuinely support you.
